Medical Imaging for Pets

We take pride in performing exceptional digital radiography at St Francis. All of our radiographs are reviewed by a board-certified radiologist, a service that is unique to just a handful of veterinary practices in the Twin Cities. We also offer digital dental radiology for our dentistry patients.

We offer in-house ultrasonography for brief or targeted scans (i.e. imaging of the urinary bladder or scanning for free fluid in the abdomen). For advanced cases, residency-trained radiologist Dr. Ralph Weichselbaum can perform a comprehensive ultrasound of your pet at our practice.

For cases requiring advanced imaging (fluoroscopy, endoscopy, cystoscopy, MRIs, or CT scans), we partner with local referral practices including Animal Emergency and Referral Center, Blue Pearl, or the University of Minnesota.
